Tracking how your clients use ViewMedica On-Demand is easy — and incredibly useful. Total views and embed stats give you insight into what’s working, helping you show value, optimize placements, and strengthen your client relationships.
View member On-Demand stats
Log in to your reseller account and go to the "Active" list under Accounts in your reseller menu.
Select the member account you want.
Click "My Profile" under Account Settings in the member's menu.
Scroll down to see the Views and Embeds performance stats.
(1) Video: See which video titles are getting the most use.
(2) Hits: See how many times a video has been viewed.
(3) Total Embeds: See where the videos are being viewed.
Note
These are basic stats more for internal usage. For more detailed performance details, you can track events associated with individual ViewMedica On-Demand content items using Google Analytics.
