As a reseller, you can reopen a member’s account quickly from your reseller account.
Reopen a member account
Log in to your reseller account.
Go to the "Inactive" list under Accounts in the left hand menu.
Select the member account you want to reopen.
Click "Add/Remove Services" under Account Settings.
Review the account services and make any updates if needed. If no changes are made, the previous services will automatically resume.
Click "Open Account" next to Account Status at the top of the page.
Click "OK" to confirm.
