Start by signing into your account on ViewMedica.com. If you don’t remember how to sign in, see our logging in tutorial.
From your dashboard, click the “Add/Remove Services” link under the “Account Settings” section. This page lets you manage your ViewMedica services.

Only users with the appropriate administrative permissions will be able to access this section. See our tutorial on adding and managing account users.
Things you can do
Subscribe to and unsubscribe from On-Demand, VMcast, or other ViewMedica services
Add or remove VMcast streams
Quickly see the number of your selected ViewMedica videos
Add or remove additional video upload space
Once you finish your changes, click “Email Quote” to send an email that includes the pricing with your changes. Or click “Save Selections” to update your account.
Cancel services
To cancel all of your ViewMedica services, click “Close Account” at the bottom of the page.
Be sure to keep your login information handy. You can always log back into your ViewMedica.com account and restart any or all of your services with just a few clicks and an updated payment method.
