This tutorial will cover how to log into an existing ViewMedica account.

If you are new to ViewMedica, please see our tutorial on how to open a new account.

Click “My Account”

Click on the “Sign In My Account” link located in the top-right menu bar on any page of

Sign in

Type in your account username and password and click “Login”. If you forgot your username or password, see our tutorials on how to reset your password or recover your username.

Use the Dashboard

After logging in, you will be taken to your account Dashboard. Your Dashboard highlights the most often used features of your subscribed service. Use the side menu to navigate to all of the sections in the management system.

Things you can do

  • Video subscriptions: Add or remove ViewMedica content from your account.

  • Service appearance and settings: Customize the way your ViewMedica On-Demand and VMcast players look and operate.

  • Installation codes: Get the code and files you need to install ViewMedica on your site.

  • Account settings: Update your profile, manage contacts and users, as well as add and remove services.

  • Payment method/billing: Edit and update your billing options including your payment schedule and payment method.


Only users with the appropriate permissions will be able to access certain sections in the management system. See our tutorial on adding and managing account users.

Log out

When you are finished managing your account, click the “Logout” button located in the bottom left side menu.
