Click on the “Sign In My Account” link located in the top-right menu bar on any page of ViewMedica.com.

Click the “Forgot Your Password?” button and then the “Forgot Username?” link.

Enter the e-mail address associated with your user account. Click the “Send Username E-mail” button.

Now, check your e-mail. You will receive a username recovery notification showing you the username associated with your e-mail address.

Don't see the email? Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see an e-mail from ViewMedica in your Inbox.

Click the “Log In to Your Account” link in the e-mail or visit ViewMedica.com to sign in to your account. A successful account login will take you to your user dashboard.
