Add and manage video subscriptions

You can easily add to and remove videos from your ViewMedica subscription with just a few clicks.

Start by signing into your account on ViewMedica.com. If you don’t remember how to sign in, see our logging in tutorial.

From your dashboard, click the “Video Subscriptions” link in the “Content” section.

Open a library

Click on a library to open a listing of all the videos in that library.

Libraries with content already selected appear under “My Subscriptions.” An oval badge shows you the number of chosen videos in that library.

Need help finding a specific video? Use the search box at the top of the page.

Select or deselect content

A checked box means a content item is part of your subscription. To add new content, click the empty checkbox next to the title.

Click the “Check All” or “Uncheck All” links to add or remove whole libraries or sections at once. Want to preview a video before adding it? Click the “View” link next to the title.

To remove content from your subscription, click the checked box next to the title to uncheck it.

Review your quote

Keeping track of how many videos you selected is easy. The total number of videos selected appears in the bar above the library list.

If adding or removing content changes your billing amount, a “Checkout” button appears in the top right of the page. The change in the billing amount appears below the “Checkout” button.

Don’t worry about duplicates. If the same video is selected in two different libraries, you’re only charged for one selection.

Save your changes or checkout

If your changes do not affect billing, click the “Save Changes” button in the top right of the page. If your changes affect billing, click the “Checkout” button in the top right of the page. You will be able to review the billing changes before you accept them.


Note

Billing changes won't take effect until the next month's billing cycle. Clients paying annually will be charged or invoiced for a pro-rated amount based on the remaining months in their contract year.
