Download Integrated videos and updates

If you are an Integrated Video user, you have access to new videos, but your downloaded videos have to be manually updated by you.

Start by signing into your account on ViewMedica.com. If you don’t remember how to sign in, see our logging in tutorial.

Make a request

  1. From your dashboard, click the "Download Videos" link or the "Download Assets" link from the side menu.

  2. Click the "Download New and Updated Videos" button at the top of the page to request a full download package. This package includes all the H.264 videos that you have not yet downloaded and any previously-downloaded titles that have since been updated.

  3. Check the box next to the requested language(s) and the requested asset type(s) you want to download.

  4. Click the "Request Assets" button.


Note

You can create your own download package by checking the boxes next to the desired titles and clicking the “Download Selected Videos” button.


Download and replace

  1. Check your email. You'll receive an email with a download link to your content package. If the number of new and changed videos is too large to be packaged into one download, you will get instructions on how to get your videos.

  2. Download your new videos and replace the old video files with the new ones.

Download individual video assets

  1. From the "Your Downloadable Content" page, scroll down to view a list of your content.

  2. Click the "Download Assets" button next to a specific title.

  3. Click the "Download" button next to the video asset you need – Video, Brochure, Thumbnail, or Captions.

You are now ready to integrate your ViewMedica videos into your closed-network TV, bedside video, or EHR system.
