Integrated Video users can download new and updated videos within their contracted subscription. However, you are responsible for periodically checking, downloading and updating the videos manually into your system.

From your Dashboard

  1. In the left side menu under Integrated, click "Download Assets."

  2. From the "Your Downloadable Content" page, you can:

Request a full package download

  1. Click the "Download New and Updated Videos" button at the top of the page to request a full download package. This package includes all the H.264 videos that you have not yet downloaded and any previously-downloaded titles that have since been updated.

  2. Check the box next to the requested language(s) and the requested asset type(s) you want to download.

  3. Click the "Request Assets" button.

  4. Check your email. You'll receive an email with a download link to your content package. If the package is too large to be attached, you'll receive a request confirmation email. Additional instructions on how to get your videos will follow once your request is fulfilled.
