How the tax is calculated

The amount of sales tax charged on your order depends on many factors including:

  • The type of item or service purchased

  • From where you purchased

  • The time and location of fulfillment

These factors can change between the time you place an order and when your service begins. As a result, the tax calculated on your order may change. Where sales tax applies, the order total during your checkout reflects only the cost of services. The final sales tax collected on your order will be displayed in your invoice sent via email.

Tax-Exempt Purchases

If you qualify for tax-exempt purchases, contact us to set your customer account to be tax-exempt.

If you make a tax-exempt purchase but do not have a tax-exempt account with us, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us and request a refund. The refund request is dependent on us creating a valid tax-exempt account for you.

A maximum of three (3) sales tax refunds will be granted per customer per calendar year. Once your order is fulfilled and your exemption has been validated, a credit for the applicable tax amount will be applied to the form of payment used to make the purchase.
