If you are not familiar with how to create images for web use, consult your web developer or logo designer for guidance. To fit properly in the player, use these specs:

  • Image format of jpg or png

  • At least 1140 pixels wide by 720 pixels high

Our online image editor will help you size and crop.

Start by signing into your account on ViewMedica.com. If you don’t remember how to sign in, see our logging in tutorial.

Upload your logo

  1. From your dashboard, click the "Integrated Appearance" link under the Integrated Videos section

  2. Click on the “Edit” button in the “Logo” area.

  3. Click the “Change/Upload Logo” button and select “Upload Logo”.

  4. Now you see the “My Media” window where you can upload your logo image in one of two ways – drag and drop, or find it on your computer.

    Drag and drop
Grab the image from your computer desktop and drag it onto the “My Media” window.

    Find on your computer
Click the “Add New Media” button to bring up your computer’s file structure. Navigate to your logo image file, select it and click “Upload.”

Resize, crop, and save your image

  1. Once your image uploads, a cropping box will display the proper dimensions. Use the “Zoom” buttons or your mouse’s scroll wheel to change the size of the uploaded image. Drag the crop box to move it or click and drag the blue handles to resize the crop.

  2. When you are finished editing, click the “Crop Image” button. Like the crop? Click “Confirm”. Need to tweak the crop before saving? Click the “Change Crop” button and start again.

  3. If you are happy with the results, click the “Save” button. If you want to continue editing, click the “Change/Upload Logo” button.

The brochure preview on the appearance page now shows you what your logo looks like on the brochure.

Note

If no logo is set, your brochures will use your facility's name as plain text instead. Learn how to update your facility's name.
