Activate a new member account

Easily activate and manage your member's account from your Reseller Dashboard.

When you create a new member account — or when a prospective client signs up through your white label ordering link — you’ll receive an automated email.

This alert lets you know that a new account has been created. New member accounts default to Pending status. They need to be reviewed and activated before they're fully ready to use.


Activate a pending member account

  1. Log in to your reseller account. Pending accounts are listed on your Reseller Dashboard.

  2. Click the "Activate" button next to the member account to make it live. The cost of this account will be added to your monthly billing, and the account will move to the Active Accounts list.

What if I don't see the account listed on my Reseller Dashboard?

  1. Go to the "Inactive" list under Accounts in the left hand menu.

  2. Select the member account you want to activate.

  3. Click "Add/Remove Services" under Account Settings.

  4. Click "Open Account" next to Account Status at the top of the page.

To test or demo ViewMedica before an account goes live, you can put the member account in development (DEV) mode.
