Your member accounts are divided into "Active" and "Inactive" statuses. Click "Accounts" from the reseller menu to bring up a list of your active or inactive accounts.
To view all accounts, open the Active dropdown and choose “Select Active.” You can also organize your member account list by using the Package or Product dropdown to sort.
(1) Status indicator: A grey indicator means the account is pending or in development mode. Green means the account is active.
(2) Account name: Click on the name to manage a specific member account. You can edit their account settings, content, ViewMedica appearance, get installation codes, and much more.
(3) Service icons: These icons give you a quick visual to which services (On-Demand and/or VMcast) are available in the account.
(4) Service icon color: A grey icon means the service is inactive or in development mode. A color icon means the service is active.
(5) Monthly billing: The "bill" column shows you how much an account costs you. The "retail" column shows you how much you are charging your member. Accounts that are pending or in development mode are not charged until the account is activated.
