By default, the system runs one (1) promo after every three (3) loop items play in your broadcast area.
From your Dashboard
In the left side menu under VMcast, click "Manage Promos."
This opens the VMcast Promos manager page.
Click "Change frequency."
You’ll see a list of your streams. You can set how many promos should play and how often they appear (every # items) for each stream individually.
Click “Save Promo Frequency” at the top of the page.
If you have a lot of streams and want to set the same frequency for all – click the "Set All" button at the top of the page.
Default Example
If you have two promos playing, by default, VMcast will show three loop items, then the first promo, three more loop items, then the second promo, three more loop items, then the first promo, and so on.
