When would I use the limited access login?

Below are scenarios where you could use the limited access log in.

  • Give your staff quick access to the “Launch Player” page in your ViewMedica.com account to view videos or print brochures.

  • Grant your web developer access to the installation codes for your videos.

  • Log in to ViewMedica desktop or ViewMedica mobile apps.

Where do I find the limited access login?

Log into your ViewMedica.com account. The limited access login has two parts – your client ID and the limited access passcode.

The limited access login is shown on the dashboard under the listing for “Download On-Demand apps.” You can also get your client ID and the limited access passcode from the “My Profile” page.

How do I use the limited access login?

Use your client ID and the limited access passcode in place of your username and password when signing in.

Logging in to your ViewMedica.com account

  1. Click on the “Sign In My Account” link located in the top-right menu bar on any page of ViewMedica.com.

  2. Enter your client ID into the username field.

  3. Enter your limited access passcode into the password field.

  4. Click “Login.” The options for “Installation Codes” and “Launch Player” are available on the dashboard.

Logging in to a ViewMedica desktop or mobile app

  1. Install the ViewMedica desktop or mobile app

  2. Launch the app.

  3. Enter your client ID into the username field.

  4. Enter your limited access passcode into the password field.

  5. Click “Login.”

Can I change the default limited access passcode?

Yes. If you are the primary administrator for the account, you can change the default limited access passcode.

  1. Log into your account as the primary administrator. Click the “My Profile” link under “Account Settings.”

  2. On the “My Profile” page, click “Edit” next to the “Login & Security” heading.

  3. Enter a new limited access passcode and click the “Save” button.
