If you get an error message on the loading screen with the ViewMedica logo, please read the message. It should provide instructions on how to fix the problem. It is also good to note the error message if you need to contact us. It will help us troubleshoot with you.

Your ViewMedica embed is not allowed because the embedding domain (URL) does not match any of your account domains.

This ViewMedica On-Demand account is not active yet, has expired or been disabled.

Your ViewMedica embed is not allowed because we could not detect the embedding domain. (Missing referrer)
