The installation process is meant to be simple and straight-forward. However, there may be instances were you get an error message.

If you get an error message on the loading screen with the ViewMedica logo, please read the message. It should provide instructions on how to fix the problem. It is also good to note the error message if you need to contact us. It will help us troubleshoot with you.

Embedding domain does not match

The most common reason for an error message is embedding the player on a domain we don’t know about. When you signed up, you registered On-Demand for use on a specific domain and this is the only place the player will work.

If you need the On-Demand player to work on a different domain, such as a staging site, simply update the domain associated with your account.
