Update the facility name that shows on the video load screen

Here’s how to update your facility's name in text format for the On-Demand loading screen.

Start by signing into your account on ViewMedica.com. If you don’t remember how to sign in, see our logging in tutorial.

  1. From your Dashboard, click the “My Profile” link in the “Account Settings” section.

  2. Click on the “Edit” button next to the “Practice” name.

  3. Edit the text field for the facility name.

  4. Click “Save” when you are happy with the text.

  5. To preview your changes, go to your On-Demand Appearance page and scroll down to the “Video Load Screen & Brochures” section. You’ll see your facility’s name in text format under the "Logo" section.

Your new facility’s name will display as text the next time you go to the On-Demand player on your site. You may need to close your browser or clear your browser’s cache before this change can be seen.
