Update your facility name on the video load screen

By default, the player will show your facility's name in text format for the On-Demand loading screen.

From your Dashboard

  1. In the left side menu under Account Settings, click "My Profile."

  2. In the Practice section, click "Edit."

  3. Update the name field with your facility name.

  4. Click "Save."

To preview your changes, go to the left side menu under On-Demand and click "Appearance." Scroll down to the "Video Load Screen & Brochures" section.

Note

You may need to clear your browser’s cache and refresh the page before this change can be seen.
