From your website
If you follow our best practices for On-Demand, you and your patients can print the brochures right from your website.
Go to the page on your website where the ViewMedica player is embedded.
If you have the main player embedded, search for or navigate to a video in the player. Then, click the “Print Brochure” button. If you have an individual video embedded, simply hover over the player and click the “Print Brochure” button at the top. The brochure for that video will open in a new browser window or tab.
Print the resulting page from your web browser.
From your ViewMedica.com account
Sign in to your account on ViewMedica.com. If you don’t remember how to sign in, see our logging in tutorial.
From the dashboard, click the “Launch Player” link in the “ViewMedica On-Demand” section.
Search for or navigate to the video in the player.
Click the “Print Brochure” button at the top of the player. The brochure for that video will open in a new browser window or tab.
Print the resulting page from your web browser.
From the desktop or mobile apps
Launch the app.
Search for or navigate to a video in the player.
Click the “Print Brochure” button at the top of the player. The brochure for that video will open in a new window.
Print the resulting page from your computer or mobile device.
Print in another language
To print the brochure in a different available language, change the language of the player first. You can do this quickly by clicking the “gear” icon in the lower left-hand corner of the player. Click “Language” and select the desired available language. Then, follow the steps above.
No print button?
Look for three dots in the upper right hand corner of the player. Depending on the player size or orientation of a mobile device, the “Print Brochure” button may be located in the “Extras” menu.
If you don’t see the “Print Brochure” button at all, please be sure that your On-Demand Settings don’t have the player button hidden. Learn more about customizing the embed code.
