Notes let you provide practice-specific information or clarify points important to you about a video. They display before a video plays in the On-Demand player.
From your Dashboard
In the left side menu under On-Demand, click "Video Notes."
Click "Create New."
Fill out the fields provided. Keep notes precise and helpful.
Click "Save." The note you created appears in a list.
Attach the note to a ViewMedica video. Click "Attachments" next to the note title.
Go to the video you want the note attached to and check the box next to the title. You can attach the same note to multiple videos. Greyed out titles already have a note attached. A video can only have one note attached at a time.
Click "Save Attachments."
Next time you play the assigned video, it will show your note.
Note
Viewers must click "Continue" to acknowledge they have read the note before viewing the video.
