Notes let you provide practice-specific information or clarify points important to you about a video. They display before a video plays in the On-Demand player.
From your Dashboard
In the left side menu under On-Demand, click "Video Notes."
Click "Create New."
Fill out the fields provided. Keep notes precise and helpful.
Click "Save." The note you created appears in a list.
Attach the note to a ViewMedica video. Click "Attachments" next to the note title.
Find the video you want to attach the note to and check the box next to the title.
Click "Save Attachments.
You can attach the same note to multiple videos. But, a video can only have one note attached at a time. Greyed out titles already have a note attached and can't be selected.
Now, when the assigned video plays, it will show your note and make viewers click "Continue" to acknowledge it before viewing the video.
