To get the best results, use these specs:

  • Image format of jpg or png

  • At least 580 pixels wide by 536 pixels high

  • Our online image editor will help you size and crop.

  1. Click the blue “Add Slides +” button. Select “Create Slide” from the drop-down menu to make a new slide.

  2. This opens the slide templates library. There are many types of slides you can make. Select “Before and After.”

  3. Give your slide a title. This title will be seen in the ViewMedica menu system. Use a descriptive name so you and your patients can easily find it in your On-Demand menu.

  4. Set the runtime for your slide. The default time is 10 seconds, but you may find some slides need more or less time.

  5. Add an image. Use one of the methods listed below:

Grab the image from your computer desktop and drag it onto the dotted line area in this window.

    2. Or find on computer

Click the “Add an Image” button. This will bring up the “My Media” window. You can drag an image from your computer desktop and onto this window. Or, click the “+ Add New Media” button to bring up your computer’s file structure. Navigate to your image file, select it, and click “Upload.”

    3. Use a previously uploaded image

  6. Your image will upload and a cropping box will be displayed to show the proper dimensions. Use the “Zoom” buttons or your mouse’s scroll wheel to change the size of the uploaded image. Drag the crop box to move it or click and drag the blue handles to resize the crop. When you are finished editing, click the “Crop Image” button. Like the crop? Then click “Confirm.” Need to tweak the crop before saving? Click the “Change Crop” button and start again.

  7. After you upload both images for this slide, edit the text at the bottom of the slide. You can set many formatting options for this text.
