Amazon Fire TV Stick

VMcast works with an Amazon Fire TV Stick*, wireless internet, and a television.

Connect an Amazon Fire TV Stick to your TV and wireless network. Download and install the VMcast app through the App Library on the Amazon Fire TV Stick. Sign in to the app using your client ID and stream code.

The Amazon Fire TV Stick is available in the U.S. and some non-U.S. countries. Check with Amazon for availability in your country.


Note

VMcast works best on the current generation of the Amazon Fire TV Stick. Purchasing and using older versions of the Amazon Fire TV Stick may lead to decreased performance. There are known issues with the Amazon FireTV Stick 4K and 4K Max. We do not officially support FireOS devices other than Amazon Fire TV Sticks.


PC Stick

VMcast works with a PC Stick, wireless internet, and a television.

Connect a PC stick to your TV and wireless network. Download and install the VMcast app for Windows from your ViewMedica.com account dashboard. Launch the app and sign in to the app using your client ID and stream code.


Note

VMcast for Windows requires Windows 10 (64-bit) or higher.


Dedicated computer

VMcast works with a PC, wireless internet, and a television.

Connect a dedicated computer running Windows or macOS to your TV with an HDMI cable. Download and install the VMcast app for your operating system from your ViewMedica.com account dashboard. Launch the app and sign in using your client ID and stream code.


Note

VMcast for Windows requires Windows 10 (64-bit) or higher. VMcast for macOS requires High Sierra (64-bit) or higher.
