Update the VMcast app on Amazon Fire TV Stick

Go to your TV. Make sure the Fire TV Stick is the active source displayed on the TV.

Press and hold the Home (⌂) button on the Fire TV stick remote for a few seconds. A quick access menu should appear covering the entire screen.

Select "Apps."

Focus the VMcast app tile, but do not select it.

Press the Options (≡) button on the Fire TV Stick remote.

Select "More Info" from the context menu in the bottom right of the screen. This takes you to the VMcast app landing page in the app store.

Select "Update," if an update is available.
