Why do my brochures say "SAMPLE" or "DEMO"?

Most likely, you are previewing the brochures from the player in the "Video Subscriptions" section of your ViewMedica.com account.

To view the brochures you are subscribed to without the overlay, click the "Launch Player" link under "On-Demand" from your Dashboard. Learn more about how to access and print your brochures.


If you are seeing an overlay of "SAMPLE" or "DEMO" on your brochure, you are most likely in the "Video Subscriptions" section of your ViewMedica.com account. This section is where you manage your video subscriptions.

The overlay is meant to protect the brochure content while allowing you to preview the content before adding it to your subscription.

Note

The "SAMPLE" or "DEMO" overlay will show on brochures that you are subscribed to if the account is in "Demo" or "Developer" mode.

If you are seeing the "SAMPLE" or "DEMO" overlay and believe this is an error, please contact us.
