Sometimes it may be necessary to remove all of your VMcast app data and downloaded content from the device.
Press and hold the Home (⌂) button on the Fire TV Stick remote for a few seconds. A quick access menu should appear covering the entire screen.
Select "Settings."
Select "Applications."
Navigate to the bottom of the list and select "Manage Installed Applications."
Find and select the "VMcast" app.
Highlight and select each option, one by one and in the following order – Force stop, Clear data, and Clear cache. The “Clear data” option will ask you to confirm your choice, but the other options will perform their actions immediately.
When you're done, select "Launch application."
Sign in to the VMcast app with your client ID and stream code.
If you still experience playback issues, you may need to reinstall the VMcast app.
