NitroPack's method of lazily loading iframes is incompatible with the ViewMedica On-Demand Player. The "lazy load iframes" feature in NitroPack must be disabled in order for the player to load properly on all devices.
How do I disable "lazy load iframes?"
Go to NitroPack dashboard > Settings > Images > Automatic Image Lazy Loading.
Set "lazy load iframes" to "Disabled."
Will this negatively impact the performance of my website?
This will have a minimal impact on the performance of your website. The ViewMedica On-Demand Player will still lazily load by default. We use the "loading" attribute that is available in the vast majority of browsers in use today.
If you have other embedded content on your site, make sure to take steps to load it in a performant way.
How can I tell if NitroPack is lazy loading my iframes?
Inspect the HTML code of your page. If the attribute nitro-lazy-src is present on the ViewMedica On-Demand Player iframe, we know that NitroPack is being used.
