If you have multiple VMcast streams, you can assign a user to a specific stream, allowing access to and management of ONLY that stream. This can be helpful if you have multiple locations with different staff members responsible for their VMcast loop content.
From the Dashboard:
Click the "Manage Users" link under the "Account Settings" section.
Click the "Permissions" link next to the user you want to assign to the loop. If you don't have a user account set up yet, create one.
Assign permissions for the new user. Check the box next to "Stream Content" under the "VMcast Service" section.
Click the "Edit" link that appears.
Select the stream(s) you want to assign to the user and click "Save Permission Assignments".
(Optional) Select any other applicable permissions for VMcast Service or Content.
Click "Save".
