If the Video Subscription page is stuck on a loading screen, or you see a persistent spinning circle, it is likely an issue with your browser's cache.
Clear your cache
Depending on your OS and browser, the steps may vary.
Open your browser's cache preferences.
Chrome/Edge/Firefox
Windows: Press and hold Ctrl (Control) + ⇧ Shift + Del (Delete)
macOS: Press and hold ⌘ Command + ⇧ Shift + Del (Delete)Select the option that mentions "Cache" or "Temporary services and files".
Click "Delete" or "Clear".
Note
To empty caches on Safari for macOS, there are no options to choose. Simply press and hold ⌘ Command + ⌥ Option (Alt) + 'E'.
Hard refresh the page
If clearing your cache doesn't work, do a hard refresh of your page. Depending on your OS and browser, the steps may vary.
Chrome/Edge/Firefox
Windows: Press and hold Ctrl (Control) + ⇧ Shift + 'R'
macOS: Press and hold ⌘ Command + ⇧ Shift + 'R'
Safari
macOS: Press and hold ⌘ Command + ⌥ Option (Alt) + 'R'
