Adding your own videos as content items to be used in your ViewMedica On-Demand or VMcast is easy. However, there are a few things to check if you are having trouble.

Video upload space available
The video upload feature is included for some accounts. Other accounts may need to add video upload space to their subscription for an additional fee.

File type
Accepted video types are mp4, m4v, web, mov, avi, or wmv files.

File size
Uploaded video size can be no larger than 500MB.

File name
Make sure your video file name doesn't have spaces. It's good practice to remove spaces or multiple periods from file names.
