How often are the videos updated?

Yes – we love to hear how we can grow our library. We can not fulfill every request, but we try to prioritize videos with the widest appeal.

Can I request a video be produced?

Most likely, you are previewing the videos in the "Video Subscriptions" section of your ViewMedica.com account.

Why do my videos say "DEMO ONLY"?

Yes – we offer medical video licenses for trial exhibits.

Can I use your videos for a legal trial?

Yes – you can purchase a separate license for short clips of ViewMedica videos.

Can I use ViewMedica videos in my own video productions?

If you are having trouble uploading your own video as a content item, be sure they meet these criteria.

Why won't my video upload?

How are your streaming videos formatted?
